Yoga at lake Zurich

From May 17, 2021 Hatha Yoga inspired by Katonah Yoga at Strandbad Mythenquai, Mythenquai 95, 8002 Zurich.

Fresh air, movement in nature and harmony are waiting for you. Get in tune with nature through yoga practice, learn to work with its laws: gravity and the elements. Connect your forces (Yin & Yang) and live in harmony.

Yoga times: Monday 7:00 – 8:00 and Wednesday 18:45 – 19:45 (weather permitting).

Price: CHF 30.00 incl. entrance to Strandbad Mythenquai (per person).
