Yoga back in the studio, March 1, 2021!

Due to the decision of the Federal Council of January 13, 2021, we may enjoy our yoga practice only online until February 28, 2021. I am already looking forward to being back on the mat with you in the studio!

For online yoga classes, Reiki treatments and/or consultations regarding essential oils just contact me!

Because especially in this time it is even more important to take care of yourself, to take time for body, mind and soul, so that we can grow and live a life with well-being.

Some tips:

  • Trust in the universe, that everything will happen for your best.
  • Trust and follow your intuition and your heart.
  • Keep reminding yourself of your visions, life goals and dreams.
  • Give yourself a smile and deep breaths especially in difficult situations.
  • Nourish your body with everything it needs and strengthen your immune system daily.
  • Spend a lot of time in nature.
  • Get your Qi (energy)through movements flowing in your body.
  • Bring compassion and tolerance to yourself and others.
  • Find joy in the moment.
  • LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
